Blood, Sweat and Pics!

I must say, our lunchbreak workout was pretty intense today. Much props to all the people that survived and most importantly did not quit!

We had 3 intense rounds of 6 stations, with a 3 min cardio blast between each round…and of course ended with a 600 meter run topping it off with 5 a minute ab session.

Stations went in this order:
(40 seconds each 5 seconds rest)
Dumbell Bench Press
Goblet Squats
Jump Rope
Curl/press/tricep extensions
Pike jumps
Over head lunges

Now for the cardio blast in between the rounds… Burpee Train!

This is where 7 cones are set up in a row and we had to burpee through the cones one after the other. When we reached the end, we ran 10 yards out and back and did the burpee train again…just think of it like a “soul train” with burpees!
This we did for 3 minutes straight!

After all the rounds and “in betweens” were done, we finished with a 600 meter run and some abs…
